Restore was launched in Greene County in November of 2022.
In early 2021, a foster father reached out to Restore on behalf of Ordinary Men, a group of Christian men who wanted to get involved with bringing the Restore Network to Greene County to serve foster families. Informational meetings began in May 2021 as churches began to show interest, gathering to hear about the work we do.
It was clear God was at work in these meetings, and by October 2022, four churches were ready to launch as partners: Our Redeemer Lutheran, Eldred Baptist, Faith Baptist, and House of Restoration.
Today, there are 7 churches committed to serving children in foster care in Greene County.
