Restore Network

Clinton, Marion, & Washington Counties

311 kids in foster care

DCFS statistics 1.31.26

Restore was launched in the counties of Clinton, Marion, & Washington in 2025.

While we only serve families in the counties where we are active, those families often end up with children in their home from other parts of the state. Over the years kids from Marion County landed in the homes of some of the families we support and the impact of Restore was so clear that a local Judge had a meeting with us to learn more.

But, we didn’t have any committed churches in the area until late 2024 when a local foster mom and pastor’s wife reached out and asked what it would take to bring Restore to their area. She immediately put together another interest meeting and filled the room with local pastors and church leaders within a few weeks we had the partnerships and funding we needed to take the next step.

City Hope, Salem First Christian, Salem Grace, Life Church Carlyle and Greenview Christian Church all committed as partner churches and we were able to get the ministry officially launched in December of 2025. During the launch process, God stirred incredible generosity from His people to make it clear that He has healing coming to Clinton, Marion, and Washington Counties.

Today, there are 5 churches committed to serving children in foster care in the counties of Clinton, Marion, & Washington.
