9th Annual Restore Network Banquets

At The Restore Network, our impact continues to grow and expand. In 2025, we hosted three incredible banquets to accommodate our dedicated supporters. As a community, we met together, ate together, celebrated together, and wept together as we learned about the darkness of the foster care system-the weight of what we’re all a part of-and the beauty of the light that is pushing back that darkness.

One of the key focuses of the events was our Real Kids. Right Now. Who Need Us. initiative. We shared real stories of children who we were unable to place-not because we didn’t know how, but because there simply weren’t enough homes available. On the other side, we highlighted how each person in the room could get involved.

While the goal was to raise funds, it was equally about raising awareness and confronting the foster care crisis in Illinois. Our hope is to raise up an army of foster families who are ready and waiting for children, rather than children waiting for families.

With the help of nearly 800 attendees, we raised over $330,000 to not just continue our work, but to further it. These funds will allow us to follow God’s leading, support more families, and recruit more than enough foster families.

We are so grateful for the Restore community and for God’s faithful provision, which makes all of this possible. Together, we’re changing the culture of foster care.
